The 70-inch curved glass ice cream display cabinet can hold hand-dipped ice cream or other novelties like frozen candy bars, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, or other delicious frozen treats. This refrigerated ice cream freezer dipping cabinet is designed with interior LED lights which make. Furthermore, the glass top sneeze guard allows customers to not only see your products from all angles but provides sanitary protection to the internal contents from germs. The ice cream freezer provides plenty of storage, up to 12 exposed, visible tubs and 10 as back up tubs and also features a shelf for holding ice cream cones or other frozen food supplies. The flat, tempered sliding glass doors allow the operator to access frozen novelties easy and quickly. This highly energy efficient freezer unit is engineered with heat-reflective 2.5-inch thick glass, environmentally friendly insulation (polyurethane), a simple, easy to use manual controller allows the cabinet to precisely hold consistent temperatures, keeping cold desserts at the perfect consistency to elevate the customer experience. Operators can manually adjust the temperature as needed from -18°F to 10°F (-28°C to -12°C) and can easily view it on the exterior digital thermometer display. The sliding lids have a lock to secure the contents inside the unit when left unattended and keeps contents safe from being tampered with. Premium features include a heated molded plastic lid frame to prevent frost or ice build-up, an internal condensate evaporator pan (no floor drain needed) and locking casters for mobility.
