Bush's Sidekicks Taco Fiesta Black Beans, 15.1 Ounce Canned Beans

CHA CHA CHICKEN TACOS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15.1 oz) Bush's® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 Medium tomato, diced
  • 1 pkg. (22 oz) grilled & fully cooked chicken breast strips
  • 1 pkg. (6 inch) tortillas
  • Optional Toppings: avocado or guacamole, cilantro, crema

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix 1 can Bush's® Taco Fiesta™, corn, and tomatoes. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Follow package directions to reheat fully cooked chicken
  3. Warm 1 tortilla in a pan on medium heat for 1 minute per side or until warm throughout     
    • Tip: Stack and wrap tortillas in paper towels until all are heated)
  4. Add grilled chicken to each tortilla and top with ¼ cup of bean mixture
  5. Warm remaining Bush's® Taco Fiesta™ and serve on the side
