What Are the Features of the ASL Solutions Insulated DP Hunter Dog House?

This ASL Dog Palace has several design features that optimize the comfort and coziness of your animal. The DP Hunter insulated dog house’s panels are filled with 4″ of recycled EPS foam, an insulation material that works to keep your pet warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The panels are also UV-8 protected to provide additional safety for your dog. To ensure that the dog house’s floor provides a dry and warm bedding area for your dog, the floor is raised by over 5″ from the ground.  

For easy cleaning, the floor is sloped so that you can hose it down and let all the water to flow out from a drain hole. And for easy temperature control from season to season, the insulated dog house has repositioning window panels that can move from a closed position for winter to a cross-ventilation position for summer without any need for tools. Finally, the DP Hunter Dog House has a door for easy entrance for your dog, and the bottom half of the door is removable when necessary and for training.

How Does the DP Hunter Dog House Stay Temperate in Extreme Temperatures?

ASL Solutions conducted an experiment to test the functionality of the DP Hunter Dog House’s insulation. It found that in outside temperatures of 40°F, the insulated DP Hunter house remains at 70°F.  Without insulation, the temperature drops to 45°F. for additional heat when temperatures drop even lower, this purchase includes an electric floor heater to keep your dog extra cozy during the coldest winter weather.
